"We booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised! We chose a family room for two, and it was spacious, spotless, and in a quiet area, just what we needed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was good, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. "Overall it was a good stay and the location is not too far from the city centre. An area I think could do with some improvement is the noise. The windows weren’t blocking much noise and the floors are quite squeaky. We were able to sleep well overall, but the noise can wake you up."

"We have stayed here may times. Its a beautiful hotel (starting to look a little tired in places)and the staff are wonderful. This visit we noticed a lot more young families than we have before. For us it was a little noisy in the pool and at breakfast. The stay was still lovely."
