"I was put in the wrong room originally but they were able to move me to the room I originally booked. Staff were always pleasant. They do speak English which is good. Also they provided a transportation pass for the train and bus to get around which came in handy. I will be back in July and plan to stay here again. "

They let us in the room early and when luggage finally arrived, even brought it up to the room! Enjoyed a fabulous and delicious breakfast the next morning before our next part of our trip! "

"Lovely hotel, I'd stay here again. I enjoyed my stay. There is no minibar in the room and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Breakfast options are very limited. But if these things do not bother you then this is otherwise an excellent place to stay in. "
