" If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. "The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "The accommodation was a bit cramped for five people with luggage, with limited storage. A sixth person spotless have been impossible Ski room not heated, so we took our ski boots back to the room each night to stay warm to aid in putting them in the next day Very helpful at reception Good dining options"

"Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"When we arrived to check in we were rushed. The guy managing the place told us he had left the key to our room in the door. When we made it to our room it looked nothing like the pictures, more like a cheap cabin on a lake. It was also freezing in the room. It was like 30 degrees Fahrenheit and no heat had been turned on. "Amazing stay - penthouse apartment with incredible views and incredible space. Lovely staff. Building is right on the slopes. Pool and spa area lovely after a day of skiing. Well equipped gym. And a playroom. A few mins walk to restaurants and supermarket. Worked well for a family with skiers and non skiers (and a toddler). Could do with a few more hooks for the various towels and bathrobes!"

Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

"Really lovely hotel for families, they have great family facilities, not for couple through! It's full of children and not a romantic getaway we were hoping for with kids all over the spa in the evenings. We were so impressed with the facilities for kids though we'll definitely be back if we have kids. Flaine is an excellent set up for families and the hotel is well connected to the town with ski in ski out and shuttles. "

"Our stay at B&B Hotel Geneva Airport was smooth and convenient. Check-in was quick and efficient, and Walid was fantastic—funny, accommodating, and very helpful. The keyless entry system using codes was a unique touch, and the rooms, while simple, had everything we needed. The location was great, within walking distance of the bus and tram stop. The only downside was the shared airport shuttle service with neighboring hotels—it was packed when we needed it, so we had to find an alternative ride to the airport. Overall, a great value stay!"

Great location with comfortable bed

"This property is in an ideal location for exploring Geneva. Easy access to the Lake, the train station and exploring the various areas of the city centre including the old town. I arrived into Geneva earlier than expected and about 30 mins before check in time. They were really accommodating and after quickly checking that the room was available , allowed me the early check in. Overall the staff I interacted with were really friendly and spoke great English. I stayed in a single room and it was clean, had a great sized wardrobe and was light. I was barely in the room as I was out exploring most of the time I was there, and this hotel had all I really needed - comfortable bed and great shower (v powerful!). I travelled alone and found the area that the hotel is in to be safe to get back to - even when getting back late at night. The staff are on til about 11 but they given you an access code to get in. Overall really enjoyed the stay here and would book again if I find myself in Geneva in the future. "
