"Our room had dog fur under end tables. My dog is a non shedding and hypoallergenic and the “dog scent” drove him nuts. He was constantly smelling the carpet when he is not in the crate. It was a very snowy weekend and nothing was plowed. The guests not only had to brush our vechiles off but also had to rely on each other to go through snowbanks to get out of the parking lot. "

"The staff at this hotel are kind, courteous and attentive. For us, this was a trip for medical reasons and we needed a comfortable and quiet suite. Home2 Suites did not disappoint. The free hot breakfast each morning kept our budget within reason and our kitchen was fully equipped. "Rooms definitely are needing an update and total renovation. lots of mold in the bathroom, peeling paint, shower caulking is disgusting. Shower has no faucet allowing gradual warming of water to turn the shower on once in. This causing you to reach into the shower stall to turn it on where you get blasted with cold water from the shower head. Not ideal…I really hope they put some sort of moisture extraction in the bathrooms as there is zero air movement."
