The staff at the lobby didn’t explain to us that we had to get a ticket, but we could get in and out of the parking lot with our room key without any problem. After we did the checkout and left the room keys at the front desk, we were told to push the assistance button at the gate but nobody answered. It took a while for a guard to come and assist. I...
