NOT in town but a 10 minute walk to town on a path. free bus service upon checkin but walking back from town would not be for the elderly. the staff were very nice and helpful and check in was quick. especially good if you make your own food/ nice shared areas and porch. more outside areas to relax would be nice and perhaps a bar. "They have parking across the street but it is limited. The rooms ware very small & the bathroom has a sliding door with visibility into the bedroom. The room was , as expected, Swiss tiidy. The breakfast room was delightful old Swiss style & adequate food to choose from. The town is a gem! We have been there several times & I love the quaintness of the buildings as well as the river running through the main part of town."

"Everything was great with the hotel... except AVOID the restaurant. The food was fine, but it was 2x the price it should have been. For $30 swiss francs, I got a plate of mostly rice with a little chicken tikka on top. I also had to pay extra for naan which was not fresh. We were the only people in there and there no chance they made everything we ordered from scratch based on how fast it came. "
