"Only stayed one night, but really enjoyed stay. We arrived early in the morning and although we could not book in till 3 we were allowed to park in the car park. Although parking costs £10 it was worth it as we didn’t have to pay or find parking elsewhere when we spent the day in the town. Easy to walk into town. Hotel is really nice, lovely old building. Spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Don’t know what the bad reviews are about. Don’t let them put you off. "

"Close to Harrogate Centre just a short walk. Free Parking and plenty of spaces. Lovely Hotel with very polite and professional staff, Excellent breakfast. "

"My only complaint is that being a Victorian built property the floorboards creaked. You could clearly hear the guests in room above walking about. The remedy is simple put talc between the floorboards and it will remove the creaking."
