"Our hotel room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Fantastic to offer coffee, tea, and water 24/7. Two items to be aware of: Signage designating location of pool was non-existent. After walking around corridors for a while, we went outside to locate an outside door. Pool is not handicap friendly. "

"The hotel was dated, but that's not a biggy. My room was comfortable. The TV's were a wonderful size. The only problem was the toilet seats. Wayyyyy, too low and the heating/ac was wayyyy too loud when it came on. Otherwise, no other complaints I can think of."

"Stained carpet and crazy neighbors being loud until 1am. They give you ear plugs for “city noise” but there isn’t any city noise. People staying were screaming at each other and running through the hallways, on one occasion I smelled cigarette smoke… there’s no one to speak to, no phone in the room that you can pick up. Overall the room was clean. I liked the toiletries they had and that they didn’t go in the room for the duration of my stay. It’s 4 blocks away from the convention center which...
