"The hotel parking and facilities were very good the food was very good especially the breakfast which was great. all of the staff were very polite friendly and gave a top level service, especially Nicola and Oliver the chef. I have stayed in many top level hotels all over the world including Raffles, shangrila & Taj Mahal. I was very surprised how good this hotel was and was very impressed with the staff and the level of friendly service they gave. I have another job booked for a month from 9th May 25. "The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea."
