True the rooms could be improved and WiFi in the casitas is limited But if you can pay extra and choose the quadruple rooms is worth it. You will have more space. The doubles are small. "We had a great stay here . The staff were lovely and friendly . The pool area is amazing . We went early June and it was reasonably quiet very peaceful and relaxing . When we arrived the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working . We told the manager the day we arrived and they had fit a new unit by the end of the next day 😎👍 . I would recommend a stay here "

"This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Below average in every aspect. The pictures are not accurate of the property. The staff can barely speak a word of English. And quite unfriendly if you ask for anything. The beds are hard as rocks and we shouldn’t even talk about the rest of the room. I think they have not done any renovations since 1974. DO NOT STAY HERE "
