"This is a really lovely villa in a fantastic rural location with magnificent views. Beaches and other sites of interest are within a short car ride away. We were six adults and enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the substantial pool. What made this villa particularly special was the attention we were given by Alberto, the property manager. He went out of his way to provide us with all sorts of useful information from beaches to restaurants to the best places to buy fish. We had a couple of rainy days and he immediately sent us details of alternative rainy day activities. We really appreciated this! We all loved the villa and are looking forward to coming back in the future."

"The place is beautiful, great location, it is only 10 minutes from Porto Cervo and 30 minutes from OLB airport. The staff is very friendly and there are 3 amazing beaches within a 2-minute walk."

"Average villa at the most, seems way more spacious on the photos, living room area is too small for large groups. No private pool, shared community pool is 5 min walk from the villa. No basic amenities in bedrooms like tissues, body lotion, hair conditioner, q-tips, etc. No blankets and host failed to provide upon request. Floors weren’t clean enough to walk barefoot. Overall not worth the money we paid. Also we had no problem booking for 4 nights on Vrbo but after 1st deposit went through, we were contacted by management company and informed about 5 night minimum stay. We checked out after 4 nights as planned, but still paid additional 50% of the nightly rate for that 5th night. Disappointing stay overall."

"What a delightful apartment with the most breathtaking view. It was out of season when we stayed, I’m happy to cook, so this wasn’t a problem for us. Many of the restaurants are either closed or operating reduced hours in April. There is a bar and restaurant open in the marina, but it’s very quiet and we much preferred the beautiful view and a nice bottle of wine from one of the well-stocked supermarkets. It was very quiet at night and during the day - a perfect rest. Tips for you: Lavazza coffee pods! Go to the local beach down the road - no need to drive for those able to walk down a steep hill - instead of going to the marina, take the left junction and follow the signs for Koki Beach - Portisco beach… it’s amazing! I think there were about 4 other people max on the days we were there, take a pack up and plenty of water! (We left an ice pack in the freezer - you’re welcome!). Nearest and better supermarket is called Dettorimarket - pop that into maps - it’s about 4km away. If you want clothes and a larger supermarket, head back towards Olbia - Spazia Conad… do try the local buffalo mozzarella- superb….do also try the Musical Bread… we took a lovely trip out with Stefano, look up kiteacademy.it he also offers kite surfing and e-foil with his catamaran excursions… super friendly and the best lunch of clams and spaghetti with king prawns and Prosecco… a beautiful trip out from our doorstep.
