"We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen. "

"A beautiful building in a stunning location, but sadly there was a mix up with my booking and as it was Sunday there was no one on-site, fortunately checking my email I find the key code but no key inside. I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room! "Bis auf die ein oder andere Reparatur die etwas gründlicher hätte durchgeführt werden können haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer also nicht pingelig ist sollte diese Unterkunft buchen :) Das Frühstück war super, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer für die Umgebung angemessen, sehr urig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "
