"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Unggul. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home and our room was spacious, clean, and cold — a welcome paradise after our long boat ride. The villa felt private and was perfectly situated, just north of the strip of bars and restaurants. The beach was right across and there was plenty of space to lounge. "Villas were great, loved the pool area especially! Staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a walk about 5 minutes from the main street to the villas. But they help you carry your luggage there. We were charged cost extra for waters without being told so be aware of that if you want extra water for your room. Overall wonderful visit!"

"Location was good, near downtown, near to where I need to conduct my business. May not be a good choice for those going to Lombok for leisure, as it is quite far from the beach. Room cleanliness was ok, but blanket, bedsheet, and towels were kind of yellowish in color, as in old yellow, not stained yellow. The management really need to assign some funds to replacing the old stuffs."

"The property itself was in a great location in regards to things around the island and the harbor but it was noisy being right next to the restaurant at the hotel. I asked if their construction would continue the next few days and they said no just today, but every day when we tried to nap we’d hear the hammers . "Booked this hotel last minute for two nights. Close to Ferry port which is great if you have bags. Check-in was so easy. Staff friendly. We had breakfast included in our room which was worth getting up for. We also dined in the restaurant which is Indian cuisine. Food was amazing. Room was clean, staff friendly. Only issue I have is I didn’t stay long enough. "

"The villa was great with a decent size pool and comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the breakfasts. So close to everything but also quiet. Dinner had live music. Did get some noise from the Wednesday night at the Irish bar but ear plugs were provided and it didn’t worry us."
