"The hotel is in a great location, very clean and friendly staff. The shower is superb however there’s no kettle ( unless you ask for one from reception), no cups, no safe and the tv is positioned next to the hand basin so you constantly bump into it. Therefore it’s a bit expensive for what you get."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location, with lots of good choices for restaurants in walking distance, as well as the alcazar and cathedral being a 15 min walk. The front reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the welcome basket, especially the oranges! We would have liked different pillows, since there were only bolster type there and we didn’t find them comfortable. Overall, a great stay! "

"Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price."
