"Lovely apartment as we had an upgrade. The rooms are accessed from an outside at ground level or a metal balcony on the first. There was a lift. However, as they do night gazing they kept the external lights on all night and there were no blinds or curtains on the widows facing the entrance doors, so the rooms aren’t dark at night. This led to a disturbed night for me as I kept waking up think it was morning. You should be able to have a dark bedroom. It was in a nice location which was a short...

"Excellent place to stay in Aoraki Mt Cook Nat'l Park with beautiful views and plenty of amenities. We appreciated the on site laundry, lounge areas, and the sauna! Dining options are limited in the park (~3 restaurants). Even though they're all good, you may want to plan ahead and bring groceries to take advantage of the communal kitchen area at the hostel. Helpful and friendly staff keep everything clean and tidy. We loved our experience here!"
