"The location can't be beat. It is literally on Eyre Square in the heart of Galway, right next to 10 Euro a day carpark and 2 minute walk from the Train station. The breakfast was huge and tasty. I will definitely return. The part that stood out was the customer service! From reception to the dining room to the cleaning staff everyone was so nice and went above and beyond the usual. They didn't just help. They took the time to chat and offer advice. It was so welcoming. WELL DONE TO ALL!"

"There is a large public playground across the street from the hotel. Live music in the attached pub, but it also wasn’t so loud that it would be audible in the room. Leisure centre had a pool and a gym. The gym is small but well appointed. It is entirely walkable from the bus station and to all of the options around Gort. It would make a good base from which to visit...

"Really pleasant stay at the Radisson. Food was lovely (although a bit on the expensive side for portion sizes). Wait staff were lovely in the ground bar. The room was in excellent condition. There was confusion at the reception when checking in - the reception staff tried to say the room was not pre-paid and asked me to pay again. This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours...

"I booked the double for one person, it was very small but perfect for me. THe gentleman on entering at reception was lovely and helpful and the blonde girl on leaving was also lovely. Basic Irish Tv Channels, No wardrobe to hang clothes or a full length mirror and no extra lock on the door these were my only issues. The bed was spotless and I had a great sleep. Bathroom lovely with a great shower. Coffee machine and kettle with Lyons tea - yahoo!! Fridge not very cold but holds small fresh milk...
