You are a five minute walk to the lake, the train station however you are right in the middle of the red light district which transpires is very similar to Amsterdam. The hotel must have been an old bnb hostel and they’ve refitted it with really nice amenities, carpets and even though the rooms are quite basic, they are brand new, comfortable and the staff seem lovely and trustworthy. You are also very close to some great restaurants that are reasonable. "

"It is a very neat property with comfortable beds and is located close to the main rail station, making transportation convenient for guests. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the friendly staff, in particular the senior citizen/ “pensioner” who checked me in despite the fact that it was not yet check-in time. The first reservation was in a room on the 4th floor with 2 beds in front of the elevator for 4 nights, and it was minimal noise. "A one night stopover returning from the Alps. Fist room was small and there was a terrible damp small in the bathroom. We returned to reception and were allocated another room 230 which was much better with nice views over the lake and a little more space. Check in and friendliness of the reception team was very good. Overall, great location 25 minutes walk to town but right by the lake and next to a great Brasserie too. "
