"STAY AWAY! When I arrived at 11am from the airport, the rude staff refused to allow me to leave my suitcase, relax by the pool or even remain on the property until the official check-in time of 3pm, unless I sat in the bar. Even the tiniest hotels in Paris do this for guests with reservations, and check them in as soon as a room is ready. "Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."
