"Hotel still going through renovations. Some paths and access points were closed so you had to walk through one area to get to the beach for example. They later opened another gate on the other side because people were jumping over the wall for the shortcut. The beach was great. Soft white sand and the water was clear. Hard to get chairs on the beach as people save spots early in the morning. Staff was all really nice. Our room was always clean. It was good for a short stay. "

"Quiet, a bit dated. The beach was closed off from the hotel because it was "broken", so we were told. But you could get to it by walking through the town a ways. There was a great pâtisserie across the street, and a small grocery store was next door, both very convenient. There was a small kitchenette on the balcony of our room which was nice to keep food cold and heat stuff up in the microwave. Staff was great, tho some did not speak English, thank goodness for Google Translate. Pool was nice...

"The room was huge! Separate bedroom, separate bathroom, separate shower, large open concept kitchen, living room. Large balcony with great ocean view. Crickets at night. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. In CDN$ that’s quite steep."
