"The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming to us and my dog. The room was spacious and warm. The bar was funny, playing Coronation Street on the big TV on Friday night was an unexpected vibe! The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and warm, clean and inviting. However the changing rooms could do with an update! And no coffee machine working for morning coffees or espresso martinis was gutting! "Stayed here for 2 nights along with our 2 dogs. For the price we weren't expecting much, but we were pleasently surprised. Quick check-in staff very friendly, room was a bit dated, but was well looked after, clean and tidy. The bathroom was in good condition and spotlessly clean. Free parking on site is a bonus. "I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and booked last minute. Location was great and it was a clean and comfortable stay. If you have any mobility issues however, I wouldn't recommend as we stayed at the top which had narrow steep stairs. Other odd quirks were there was not one bowl in the room or kitchen. Also we booked for 3 people and arrived to a room with a fold out and had to find the bedding. We found a fitted sheet available (but didn't fit the fold out couch properly) and a blanket...
