"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily which was great. Happy to store all our bags prior to arrival/departure. Close to the main station, but the walk to the station feels a bit unsafe in the later hours. Lots of construction around the station so roads can be restricted/closed without much warning. "

"Our stay was excellent. We requested an early check-in and were granted it, which was nice after a long international flight. The hotel is directly across the street from the main train station. Plenty of dining/shopping around the hotel. Easy walk into the center of town. The breakfast buffet was very large and a great assortment of various foods. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was spacious by European standards. "

"Beautiful hotel with a timeless style. Hotel is 500 years old and close to the Christmas market (2 minute walk). Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options including vegan options"

"This is not a chain hotel but a lovely traditional hotel in town that is not far from Munich. The staff was very helpful, town is small "real German town" not a big city but only 1/2 an hour away but the train was only 2 blocks from the hotel. And it ran every 20 minutes. We found 4 good restaurants that were all within walking distance, few stores, with very friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel for a true German Experience and an EZ trip to Munich without the hassle of driving"
