"Super clean and friendly. A lot of Germans so as a Brit we were in the minority. Walls are thin between rooms so you can hear next door but that wasn’t an issue. Would stay again perfect "

"What a gem of a hotel only 3 stars but I personally would rate it as a 4 star hotel , very clean , staff helpful and welcoming, I booked a single room but had a larger room 2single beds and bathroom which was a bonus , pool area inviting and clean . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family "

"The room was basic but good enough for me. The bathroom was very nice with a great power shower! The food was spot on with a great breakfast and good selection in the evening. The issue with the balcony was the only thing to let the hotel down (see photo)"

"The staff of the reception desk were incredibly helpful. They were knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile to help us and answer our questions. Pool was a bit small but literally 5 minutes walking distance to anywhere you wanted to go including the wooden tram and restaurants. "Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old.
