"Contacted hotel day before ur reservation and told them our room need to be cleaned with cleaners that did not have fragrances because of allergies. When we arrived that instruction had not been relayed to the housekeeping staff, so we had to wait over an hour for the room to be ready. Our message had been noted on our reservation."

"I spent a lot of time choosing a Hotel for my daughter's birthday so she could swim. I did so because we had rented a room the month before for the same reason, but everything about the that hotel made me feel uncomfortable. Im so glad i choose Hyatt this time. From the moment we walked in I felt different. The front desk greeted us with a beautiful smile. She also helped me keep ice cream in their freezer. The room was clean and very nice.
