"Nice, friendly staff. Basic room but comfy beds, meals that came out looked nicely presented but we didn’t eat. Quiet lounge area to chill in if you don’t want to sit in the bar or restaurant. "

"Never again! When I arrived they had no record of my booking, even though I showed them the booking confirmation. After almost an hour they agreed to give me a room. When we were in the room it was freezing, it was -2 in the room, we tried the heating but it didn’t work. Asked reception to move us but they said they didn’t have any other rooms made up. We left at 6am because we couldn’t stand the cold."

"I stayed one night, it is a fabulous building that has been modernised and revamped to a very high standard, it's is right in the centre of Boston with on site parking at £4 for 24 hours. Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately.
