"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"

"Great stay but not entirely suitable for a wheelchair. Had to remove the rims from my chair and two small steps inside were a bit annoying but nevertheless we will be back. Booking agent fee was excessive adding almost £100 to the cost"

"Was surprised how very near the main road it was and the parking spot was rather awkward. The ad makes it look rather village-y where in fact it is really urban. That said, it is a lovely house, well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Very near everything you need."

"We visited Stamford from the US with my father, who is almost 80, as well as my sister and our children (ranging from 1-15) because my father had gone to boarding school there and we were on a memory lane trip. The house was excellent - fabulous old charm in the house, but all had been renovated so the kitchen and bathrooms and such were new. The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable! "

"Expensive. advertised hot tub but we must have misunderstood there wasnt one, and think the amneties meant a bath tub, very old decor like it or hate it i didnt like it, smelt old and damp garden furnture ready to colapse on you as seemed rotten . I couldnt wait to leave the area made up for it though close to some beautiful beaches and nature reserves which was why we stayed in the area, sorry but wouldnt stay again"

"I recently stayed here with my partner, our 8 month old, a couple of friends and our dog, we had great communication with the property owner he is so kind and helped us out with anything we needed. "This was a room in a house in a residential area of Boston. It seemed to have been newly converted to “hotel” accommodation with 4 key safes on the wall. There was a small shared kitchen and a dining room for 4. Our room was small but adequate with a double bed and en-suite. Check in was by ringing a phone and being given your room number and key safe code. It worked well, the interaction was friendly and helpful and we were allowed access at 2.30. The parking was difficult to access as the...

"A lovely spot by the duck pond and very peaceful, the lodge was lovely and clean and couldnt of asked for a better stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub, feeding the ducks and an autumnal bbq. M&D were great hosts with good comms. We were reluctant to pay the expensive prices for the entertainment but this didnt spoil our short break as we enjoyed our time in the lodge regardless."
