"The hotel was better than we expected for the price we paid. Service was very good and they were all very pleasant. We had a basement room, it was spacious and comfortable did not feel like you were in the basement. The hotel was quite clean but not spotless, the bed was very comfortable. Location was very good, however Hodge street station closes early so we had to walk from Leicester Square, about a 10/15 minutes walk. Other wise we were very happy. I will stay here again and would recommend...

Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

Pros: super easy check-in; spacious, cosy and very clean room; great waterfall shower, super convenient and well connected location. Cons: noisy at night due to the location (drunk revellers on the streets). No alternative milks for breakfast (come on, this is 2024).
