"We LOVED our stay here! Right from when we checked in, we got a glass of champagne and a snack, followed by a wonderful breakfast hand delivered to our room the next morning. Everything was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing that you should be aware of is there is no lift, so if you can’t do stairs, ask for a main floor suite. Highly recommend this place in Coimbra! "

"The unit we had was on the 3rd floor but since the elevator was temporarily out of service, Andre, the manager carried our bags up for us. He was most accommodating. He hand the night assistant, Phillipe is also very helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and there is free parking at the Convento Sao Francisco is a short 5 min walk away and it is open from 7am to Midnight so we parked our car there and either walked or took cabs to any place we wanted.
