"Standard Ibis Hotel, with no frills. Easy to find, (site is shared with an Ibis Budget) secure off street parking. Not the most glamorous of locations on a light industrial area, but for a transit stop it is close to the Autoroute. Efficient reception. Room is as to be expected at this price point - large enough, with bathroom that was a little tired, but OK. Aircon worked, but we kept it off to save power. Wifi good. Did not use the restaurant or bar."

"We arrived on Ascencion day from the little yellow train to no bus or taxi from Villefranc to the hotel - locals gathered together at the station to take us to the hotel in a private car - refused to accept any payment. Next day we needed to do washing, again let down by taxi's to get to laundry (at the local supermarket and a local again gave us a lift but let down again by taxi's to return (not far enough). "The location is in a small village in the mountains and driving in and out is not easy. The property itself is a bit dated but is very charming. The staff and service were excellent. Note that the price does not include breakfast. We stayed on the third floor and internet was unavailable le in the room - we had to go down to the lobby for internet connection.
