"I wanted something different than the ordinary. I was struck by the photos and descriptions. Even though a wide angle lens was used, but I knew that. The house was nicely furnished with virtually all one could need in the kitchen. My sister and I are both over 70 and the stairs were a bit challenging as they were steep. The WC is on the bottom floor only so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. But that is very clear in the information. Our hostess was very kind and available!!...

"Incredibly remote and rural location with the best located pool I've experienced! (light salt water too which was lovely) Very helpful and pleasant owners (Francoise & Giacomo) who also left us in private. We were looking for a few tranquil and relaxing days with access to coast/towns and mountains during the day - this surpassed our expectations! very ecological with solar power etc. Tip; take a swim or sit by the pool after dark, the sky at night is breathtaking - highly recommended."

Extremely comfortable with all the things you could possibly want provided. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the locations is quiet, but accessible to shops, attractions and main roads. "L'annee passee on y est alle pour la première fois. (voir notre commentaire de ce temps la). Alors, cette annee pour la deuxieme fois... Et on connait des gens qui sont y alles pour la 10e fois! Et pourquoi? Michelin donne des etoiles aux restaurants, 1, 2, ou 3 etoiles, ou -tant mieux- des BIB-gourmands. Mais chez Mado&Jean-Louis c'est comme un ciel etoile!! Magnifique, a tous les egards. "We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the place. The house is a traditional French family home in a convenient village location. The house is well maintained and very well organised. Everything works. There is no airconditioning but the window shutters are mostly effective in keeping the house reasonably cool and well ventilated. (The exception was for a few days when we experienced a heatwave … with temperatures outside if 38-40C its probably not surprising that it was pretty uncomfortable...
