"Shower needed repair, broken electric wall socket not a big deal,lovely staff generally quite and a lovely location, road noise but not overly loud, I'm very sensitive to noise, so only annoying part was a hearing test type of tone that was persistent through the night it was there one night and not the next. The nature and Horsley towers were beautiful, reasonably priced stay."

"Food wasn’t very good very basic frozen goods had the fish and chips expecting fresh battered fish and it was a frozen donkey ear Receptionist when i checked out stank of cigaret smoke Won’t us it again "

"Stunning grounds and really nice facilities with a lovely restaurant. Rooms were standard nice shower room tho. Loads of parking outside we had a nice stay. "

"Overall a good experience. My 3rd floor bedroom was very cold despite the provision of a small portable electric radiator which was ineffective and probably expensive to run. This differs to my travelling partner’s experience who said his was too hot. Other than that the hotel is finecc bc and I would use it again."

"comfortable room.no way to alter room temp though so was too hot fo rme but thankfully there was a fan available in the room. Food in the restaurant was delicious and served quickly. Staff very pleasant. Was confused trying to find the carpark thouhg so clearer instructions/signs would help this. "

"Excellent location for the castle, town centre and LegoLand! Easy parking - although you do have to pay £15 for this. The room was bigger than I expected and so clean! The bathroom had a double shower. The breakfast was a grab bag due to renovations but the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was perfect in there. We did bring our own weetabix and milk etc for our toddler. The only thing that let it down was how uncomfortable the bed was - pillows and mattress were just too hard...
