Political graffiti is ever present. Beautiful islands, third world charm. Overwhelming Muslim environment, including social restrictions. Safe and fair value, fantastic effort by host and concierge as much as possible. Long and pricey taxi by boat ($50 a couple each way) to arrive at the property. Noise disturbances...

"The location is excellent. Right in front of the bikini beach and the surf breaks. The staff are all lovely. We also had lunch here twice and the food was so good! The manager was friendly and had a chat with us one morning and it was great as we learned about the Maldives tourism history. We would have given a higher rating but the bathroom we stayed in had a very bad smell throughout our stay. It's probably just due to the plumbing and the age of the room so we didn't mention it to the staff....

"It was Perfect ! We've passed 10 wonderful days with our daughter. The staff was really nice, the boss and each one was so welcoming.
