"We had to wait for about an hour at the airport after the agreed check-in time before we were able to board the speedboat going to the resort which also takes almost an hour. If you have an Expedia VIP benefits, you would need to raise that to the resort as they wouldnt tell you what you are entitled to. Also, the benefits are misleading specifically around the credit for activities you can do in the resort. The resort is beautiful and the meals are very good - changes every meal and every day. "

"Overall we had a great time. The only issue we faced was with Reception / Front Desk that was an absolute disaster. The only thing they could do is to book you for the free daily snorkelling trip or to charge your credit card. They were not able (or even worse, did not want to!) handle other questions/queries. "Great property. Clean , well maintained and contained/ easily walkable on small island. Spa was good. Occasional misses on food orders at restaurants (forgot to bring out one order for our party of 8 a few times but we were there at year end and resort was at capacity). Staff is helpful- food was quite good for 5 day stay. Many vegetarian options. "Stayed here for a couple nights and it was actually better than expected. However the weather can go from storms to tropical sun in minutes and we were lucky enough to have sunny days. The rooms were excellent with an amazing view. What surprises me the most was there food it was amazing breakfast buffet and dinners. I definitely recommend staying here the staff are very welcoming and attend to ur needs."

"Just returned from a fabulous trip to Oaga Art Resort. We've been to a few 5-star resorts in the Maldives. This place is very special. We loved the incredible staff and sense of community they bring to your stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and a part of island life. "Loved the feeling of being on a secluded, peaceful island that felt authentic in design and decor rather than like a Westernized modern hotel. The staff were incredibly nice. There was a variety of delicious and fresh food everyday. The sea activities were plentiful. The massage at the spa was deeply restful and high quality. We stayed at three different places in the Maldives and this was our favorite. "
