"We booked into this hotel to have just 1 night before our flight home and everything else in Sestriere was fully booked. When we arrived in the afternoon, the man in reception was very rude and said we weren’t in the right place and he hadn’t heard of a hotel Torre. We walked round the town in heavy snowfall and eventually someone in a cafe helped us - took us back to the same place as it was the right hotel. "An amazing concept which was clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Would recommend even if not intending to ski (we were passing through en route home from Greece)"

"The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning."
