"My husband, two young kids (5 & 3), and myself stayed here bc compared to the hotels we thought it was a good deal. However there are lots of extra costs that don’t make it so. Nor is it entirely convenient as you have to walk quite a bit with your skis to get to the slopes. Sheets/towels aren’t provided so that will run you about 120€ extra. Then there is the issue of cleaning. We cleaned for hours the morning we checked out only to be charged a 100€ cleaning fee bc there were some minor issues...

"Recently stayed here with my two friends. Easily enough room for 3 adults. The location was superb: close to everything- bars, restaurants, ski hire and shops. Skiing in was as easy as described and getting to the slopes in the morning is only a short 1 min walk down the street. Would 100% recommend, won’t find better for the price in VT. Heated ski locker was a life saver too!"

"Propriétaires très arrangeants, remise des clefs et départ possible dès l'arrivée si le logement est prêt. Pour nous c'était 9h30 😉. Le cadre est magnifique et l'accès par les pistes un vrai +. Seul petit bémol c'est le casier à ski qui manque sinon c'est une très belle expérience, le chalet est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Si nous revenons sur Valmeinier nous relouerons sans réfléchir 😉. "Arrived Feb 2020 late at night - the apartment was filthy (contact me for photos no problem). The bathroom was full of hair and dirt. We cleaned up and got on with our holiday just wanting to enjoy the snow. The dishwasher was broken and had no power - reported this and the reply was to use the instructions. No lift ques when we were there, the Serre Chevlier ski area is one of the better resorts I've been to in 20 years for variety."

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent.
