"A lovely stay in a safe area. The staff are really helpful and nice. The beds are large and comfortable. The breakfast is simple and buffet-style with some fresh items like eggs made to order. They offer 24/7 water and luggage storage. I hope to see more bins placed around (since the only one is in Kitchen). Overall a good stay, I recommend it."

"A wonderful and warm welcome and greeting by Leonor. Her English is excellent and made us feel very welcome. Later in the evening, there are a few - possibly homeless people around the street. They do not seem bad though and mind their own business. The Mercator do Balhão is just down the road. Amazing experience and great restaurants on then top level. The lower level has souvenirs and fresh seafood and wine-tasting stations. "
