"We had a quiet & comfortable stay at this hotel linked to conference centre, near to the Crystal Palace park / hospital neighbourhood. The reception were very helpful with parking advice and took time to explain all facilities ( good English spoken) We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast buffet on the top floor dining room with a great view on the bridge . A 5 min walk downhill took us to a selection of hotel bars, cafes and restaurants on the riverside (‘Soul Sense’ was our fave cool spot for eats...

I had no idea there wouldn’t be a person on staff. I wasn’t able to check in from the first e-mail that was sent because there were accidentally 2 people in the booking but I was traveling alone.
