"I was impressed by the Welcome that we received from Luke who checked us in. Warm and friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. Im sorry I didn't take note of the woman that checked is out but she was also really obliging and helpful. You can tell a lot about a Companies culture from their people. Well done Ramada! We will definitely return!"

"Everything is great! But if the staff could reply the email in time will be even better. As befor we came to NZ , I emailed a few times about self check in details due to late flight , no one replied me till 3 or 4 days later . Otherwise all good , staff are nice and helpful."

"Motel has a lower star rating but was convenient for my purpose of a Greenlane clinical center appointment, was able to walk to it, and the price was good. Was also walking distance to shop in Newmarket. No problems locating parking spaces for me. Would use this motel again. Regards, Ron."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay had a penthouse suite for concert at eden park with 4 beds in one open room. Facility is old but quaint. Room was very very hot even with aircon due to the roof style but had its own balcony. In need of some repair but would stay again for the price. Handy to eden park for reference."

"Great value, short stay option for Auckland. Just a ahort uber to Newmarket or the city. Motorway and rail line directly behind the property. Trains are electric so minimal noise from them. Would stay again"

"The room was immaculate. Cosy yet had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy with extra pillows. Parking was convenient and close to our room. We appreciated the extended parking to attend the hospital during our stay. Most appreciated and thank you to staff. "
