"This hotel was excellent. My boyfriend and I stayed here to go skiing in Boyne and loved this hotel. We, were not planning on going to the casino, but they give each guest $15 casino credit for every night you stay. We got super lucky and cashed out on the slots and won a lot in roulette when there. You also can free pop and coffee at the casino at these stations. Room 94 restaurant in the casino was absolutely amazing. The fried mozzarella was a great appetizer we got it 2 nights in row. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and a good size. The only concern is the pool which is very small and has a giant support pillar right in the middle of it. "2-ply TP would be nice. In-room, or even on-floor, coffee would have been appreciated. There was no in-room temperature adjustment capability, no microwave, and no TV in the room. The room was quiet. The bed mattress was "hilly". There were sufficient bedside power outlets. The sitting area chairs were quite comfortable. Lighting was good. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub was nice."

"My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

"The Garden room had very comfortable bed and pillows, and nice towels, a TV and small Fridge. View of river, with deck was nice. The building is old...older than it looks in pictures. Some of the furnishing in room looked pretty garage sale like. Room is small. Toilet is small and low. 2 sinks were nice, and standup shower, no bath. One thing that bothered me is that there was no sheet to protect touch from quilt. "
