"Although the room was a bit small and with no much natural light ( there was only a very small window overlooking buildings) it was clean and very nice with facilities such as safe and kettle with coffe/tea provided. Excellent location and staff very helpful and friendly"

"Beautifully located with easy access to all Sevilla's main attractions. Quiet space with busting life just around the corner. If you're a shy person a see through bathrooms may not be ideal, little kettle and coffee station in the room would be nice but there's a coffee shop at the ground floor. The space was very clean and well looked after. "

"A lovely spacious property, which was clean, comfortable and conveniently situated. My only issue was that our room was facing onto the main road, and so it was quite noisy, particularly early morning when the bin men were doing their rounds"

"Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a great selection. There were 5 different types of milk to have with coffee. I choose a simple room but it was fine for my needs comfortable king size bed, tv, safe and walk in shower. I had an outside window and needed ear plugs as the local bars are busy past midnight. "Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price."

"One of the best hotels, if not the best, hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredibly clean, amazing staff, fresh smell throughout the hotel due to all the beautiful plants, comfortable pillows, wonderful bathroom, relaxing atmosphere etc etc! Cannot fault!"

"We had a 5 night stay in the Plaza Hotel and had an amazing time. Location was excellent and 10 minute walk from the Cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Armine. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. We booked the room with a terrace and had amazing views over the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated, but for the price we paid we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend. "

"The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome."

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always easily accessible and responsive. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 . It’s in the heart of the cultural district and 4-6 minutes from the Cathedral, Alcázar palace, Girardo tower. Excellent restaurant choices around and a 15 minute walk to Plaza Espana. There is a 24 hr parking garage nearby. Loved this place and plan to stay there again."

Good value and great location

"This is hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as you can walk to all the main sights. My room was small but had everything for a great night's sleep - very comfortable bed, good quality bed-linen and total silence at night as it's in a pedestrian district so there's no traffic noise. Lovely shower. Due to the small size of the room, the toilet is in a very prominent place behind glass walls that are only semi-frosted so that's something that couples should be aware of. The staff were very helpful and polite even when I saw them having to deal with a horrible bully who was boasting of owning a company with 500 employees and threatening that, if he didn't get his own way, he'd get everyone of them to post a 1 star review for the hotel online. The staff remained calm and polite even when dealing with this horrible jerk. "
