"Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. "Really nice hotel and well organized. We arrived past checkin hours but were given a code to enter the hotel and found our room key at the front desk. The room but clean and super spacious and in the morning we were greeted by a very polite lady at reception. The hotel is a bit pricey as with every hotel in Austria but I would definitely use it again."
