It didn’t resolve it but we appreciate the effort she made, going over and above, for the issue to be resolved and for our stay to be worthwhile. The problem was beyond her control but the dedication she showed was truly remarkable. Give her a raise!!"

"Very helpful on reception. Some breakfast service was better than others. Maybe wearing headphones hinders hearing the customers' requests. Ckeaning staff on Sunday was excellent, other days not so. I still think there is a tiwel under the bed that must have been there before we arrived. Ionly saw it when I checking before we left. I would certainly vidit this hotel again. The swimming pool is bejue and quirky but very needed after a busy day at the Christmas markets."
