"The hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. We liked that it was a short drive to downtown Burlington, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again."

"We drove to Burlington for the evening and stayed here as the price was reasonable. We booked a suite, which was nice. The building looks a little run down on the outside, but the rooms are nice. I would recommend staying here."

"This was right in front of main rd by supermarket which made it super convenient. Property was clean and the breakfast was good. "

"Great stay at Hotel Jay, but lacking room service. We left our room each day at 9:30am and not once was it cleaned. We had to ask for towels just to have cleaned ones and they weren’t even going to pick up the dirty ones until I asked them to remove them. 5th time staying here and will be back but they need to housekeeping staff. "

"The place is beautiful with a personal touch everywhere. Breakfast was delicious with 4 different homemade breads, fresh fruit, homemade jams and so many other options. Coffre near fireplace and relaxing music in the morning set the mood for the day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was big and clean. The only downside was that the hot tub was occupied by large company of people drinking beer there for hours so other skiers were not able to enjoy it...
