"Sleep wasn’t to good mattress a bit flat but staff really good and breakfast was 5 stars really simple but cooked really well enjoyed every bit off breakfast would stay here again "

"Just back from an enjoyable 6 nights stay at The Lincoln Hotel. Room was perfect for our needs. Very good room service, lovely fresh towels if needed. Excellent breakfast. Ideally situated for Cathedral, Castle and other places of interest. Plenty of eating options."

"Lovely hotel lovely grounds and surroundings. Beautiful building, very polite and professional staff who couldn't do enough for you. Excellent food, dinner and breakfast . Leisure centre is brilliant with well equipped gymn and lovely swimming pool with fantastic health suite. We had a suite room and it was furnished lovely, very spacious and very peaceful. There was not one bad point or area I could suggest an improvement with this hotel. It's fantastic."

"Stayed here for three nights at the beginning of April. The room was warm, comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate available, as well as the usual kettle, and a fridge with real milk (as well as those plastic uht ones). The continental breakfast was available in the room and topped up daily, but with the added bonus of having a large kitchen available with toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob to cook and a large table to eat at. The housekeepers were really friendly and welcoming when we bumped into them, keeping everything clean, tidy and refreshed. With a private car park and walking distance to the city, what's not to love? We will 100% be coming back here again. "

"Just come back from a 4 night stay, very clean and modern. Lovely views across the lake and can imagine in summer would be a lovely spot to sit out. Didn’t use the park facilities as had other things planned but seemed very popular."
