"Great price and great views, I love this area of England. The hotel did seem a little dated and the food fairly overpriced. However the breakfast was great! Spacious rooms however not much amenities in the rooms and the shower gel etc is horrible. Dont use it. Use your own. "

"The check in and welcome was the best we've ever experienced anywhere! It was such a massive surprise and so refreshing. We travelled with a dog and were instantly put at ease and made to feel welcome and like returning guests. We cannot praise this lovely lady enough! The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned . The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. "
