"Looks can be deceiving.Images looked great, reality was different. Difficult to find the hotel entrance, drove up the “service lane” behind a row of Asian take aways with dustbins for company, thought I was teleported to Vietnam. That happens to be the entrance to the parking garage. Finally got to reception, complete with stained carpets. First impressions …… run, before the bed bugs mug you. Prepared for a bad experience, was too late to cancel so what else could I do. Opening the room door...

"On arrival we were greeted by Honey, we were shown to our room and even offered to carry our bags, as we enter our room, on the bed was our towels etc with 2 chocolate mini bars..the service we received from honey was outstanding and was no trouble if we wanted something .. "I was checking in late. The front desk called to coordinate with me and was accomodating. The furnishings were older and worn, but everything was clean and the linens were fresh and soft. It was nicely decorated and pretty. Everything was well maintained and they even had an electric blanket. I only needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours.
