"Great staff at the Inn at Warm Springs. Historic buildings and great location. On the downside (and decidedly minor issues): heater/AC unit is loud, and bathroom door needed a shot of WD-40 to eliminate the noisy close. Finally, I'm not a fan of the type of bed they had in our room (gel foam). Other than those minor issues, our stay was great. "The setting is most charming with incredible mountain scenery. The complex is compact allowing a short walk to any of the amenities. The staff at the restaurants are very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back and will recommend to family and friends. "

"Love the location! Disliked the elevator not working and the we were on the 4th floor…. Luggage was a nightmare. Our room had one toilet paper roll and no one to call for more, they charge for towels to be switched out. Was not that impressed with Rimfire. "

"Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again. "

"Great location in Snowshoe Village; secure, clean parking garage. Condos individually decorated; ours was Pier1off the shelf. Bathroom and kitchen clean; kitchen adequately supplied. "

"Nice unit with flaws. Terrible internet, don’t plan on doing anything in the bedroom on your phone/laptop or try to watch Netflix in bed. Mattress is very stiff, woke up with neck pain every morning. Fireplace worked good, absolutely no clue how to work the AC, just used the fans the entire stay. Thought it was funny the owner left a note asking for a tip on an envelope."

"This property was EXCEPTIONALLY clean! It appeared that this was a brand new facility in every area we were in. The showers were very clean, including the shower curtain. The toilet looked like it had never been sat on. We stayed in a primitive cabin, with our own locked toilet and locked shower room within a communal building. The entire building was immaculate! Our cabin was perfectly clean as well. The only issue was a torn screen on one of the windows and even with the heat "off", it was too warm to sleep. We opted to turn the breaker off to the heat and slept very well (47-59° outside during our stay). The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son loved feeding the trout and petting the lodge cat. No wifi, ac, or tv in the primitive cabin, but we dont use those things anyway. When i needed to call home, i stood on the porch of the gift shop/lobby/restaurant and got a strong wifi signal to video call. We will definitely be back! We look forward to being lulled to sleep by the Elk River (borders property) again! "
