"Great place to stay and explore the area. Located right next to the train station allowed us to use public transport to get around. We explored the lake by hiking, chocolate factory and the Gruyère castle. We even took the panoramic bus ride from St Denis down to lake Geneva. "

"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"Small clean hotel close to bus and train. Rooms and bathroom are small, but just fine for a couple. Would stay again. Only con is there is no laundry services. You have to walk 2 mi or 20min tram ride to only self service laundry place in the city. Be sure to take plenty of coins, not cheap to do laundry. Hotel reception staff were very nice. "

"Let me just start by saying that the room I had was very spacious. I came as a solo female traveler and it felt comfortable being there the whole time. House keeping came on my second day there and did amazing I appreciated that they did not disrupt anything in the room and left it how I had felt most comfortable. I will say that I can see this place getting hot in the summers due to lack of AC. It was a bit noisy at times at night because of lack of respect from other guests so I do wish they...

"The hotel is very clean and has an excellent bathroom in the room. It was confusing to locate the front desk and I had to eventually call and ask where they were. The signs were just very unclear. There was no way to request one bed so my partner and I ended up with a bed that had a large gap down the middle as I suspect this was seen as the two bed twin option? Very uncomfortable. Everyone we interacted with was polite."
