"Absolutely had very rude service with one particular person at the host desk, Also, don’t like the expensive fact that you have to pay $100 or more just to have someone bring you your car every time you cannot have the convenience of getting your own. What I did like is the convenience of where it’s located, the morning breakfast that is included, which was very delicious and the great people in the morning that work at the hotel, didn’t take long for us to receive our car every time. "Awful customer service. Hallways littered with food. For a new hotel only open a day there were defects to the furniture already. Problem with being double charged. Manager was less than helpful. Will NOT ever stay there again. Would add photos but it won't let me upload."
