"The desk staff are friendly & efficient as well as the grounds & housekeeping personnel. Flavorful & healthy options were available for breakfast & coffees & teas as well as cookies were available in the evening. The room had classic heavy doors as well as a soft light outside each door to the rooms. The bathroom floor tiling was a classic weave look the provided some traction when wet. "The yard was unkept. The walk to the beach was borderline unsafe with all the construction going on around it. Mosquitos were insufferable, so make sure you pack a mosquito repellent. The house itself was clean and the area is pretty private and quiet, so when the construction around it is finished and the yard is better kept it will probably be a better stay. "
