"Easy check in, great service and breakfast was good. Not so good was , no shower and tub combination like what was described. Only a shower OR tub . That makes it harder on people. Shower with no tub and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom."

"The only downfall was parking after a night out. Parking lot was packed definitely needs more handicapped by doors. Love the rooms big and super clean.matter of fact the whole hotel was clean. There are two pools outside and inside which I didnt partake but walking pass others did, especially hot tub.Loved sitting out on balcony watching the water flow by and the ducks. Full breakfast was actually really good served buffet style and is included in your room price. Hotel is close to everything...

"As others had stated on their reviews, this is a good hotel that could benefit from a new coat of paint and aesthetic upgrades. The staff were all nice and pleasant, and the suites are cheaper than many surrounding hotels. Having a traffic light at the hotel was very useful when making a left to go to Dollywood. It is also nice to not deal with traffic on the main strip if you don't want to. Having a full-sized fridge, cooktop, and kitchen area was helpful, and the hot breakfast of biscuits and...

"Always a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast served every morning, in addition to that they have hot coffee, apple cider in the lobby to enjoy. In the cold season, they have a large fire pit to sit around , as well as an indoor pool and in the summer an outdoor pool. Very clean, courteous and a great location. "

"The staff were very friendly. Bobbie Jean was so nice and the guy at the bar. My only complaint was when we got up to the room it was hair still on the floor in the bathroom area. I called to the front desk and they took care of that immediately. The beds werent that comfortable and the walls are pretty thin. But overall it was a good experience and stay. The food was good and the kids had fun in the arcade and pool. We would definitely come back."
